Any advice?

Have any of you ever had a baby/toddler that isn't gaining weight well? Grady has gained (according to pulmonologist's scale) only 8 oz since August. Now, since August he's also started moving A LOT more (walking/running) and the boy is pretty much never still. However, with his history she really wants to see more weight on him. He eats pretty well. Since his Daddy is very thin, Grady may just be thin too. But, I'm looking for ways to add some extra calories so that when we see the pulmonologist again in a few weeks we can show some weight gain. What did/do you give your child that helped them gain a little extra?

have you tried the yobaby yogurt shakes? I used to give those to Blake before bed to help fill him up before he went to sleep... but I would think it would be helpful since it is made with whole milk

I did it once he was drinking milk and mixed it with his real milk, but you could give it to him straight.

Avocado, whole milk, regular yogurt. Addison's on Pediasure, and it has a lot of calories. Good luck!

We add Carnation Instant Breakfast to Elizabeth's milk. She started gaining weight for the first time in about a year once we started that.

Not sure...my baby's not gaining well either. I'm hoping that ours was due to a mistake at the 4 month weight, but if not, I'll be checking here again to see what advice people gave!
