The Patch
One of my students wears 2 medication patches for his behavior. I'd like to buy these in bulk and stick them on various students in my room. I bet he'd sell them to me! :) DISCLAIMER--obviously totally kidding, it's just been a rough day! :)
I'm a wife to Ryan, a mommy to Taylor Layne and Grady William, and a teacher to 30+ innercity 4th graders. My son has spent 40+ days in the pediatric intensive care unit at our local children's hospital. He's been vented 3 times and almost had to be shocked during a scary cardiac episode. These 40 days were in the first 4 months of his life (from 7 wks on) but he's 2 years old and we seem to be leaving the bad behind us. God has carrried us through and we trust that he will continue to carry us. I long to be at home with my kids while still making money and would love to do something computer related. For now I'll settle for being home in the summer. I'm pretty traditional in my mothering. I'm super organized (some would say anal) at work but much less so at home. I love to go to bed early and sleep late (like that ever happens!). I have a sweet tooth and I love to read.
